Can We Talk? The Series:™

Race, culture, age, heritage, experience, background, ethnicity and personal history all affect the way in which we interact with one another and conduct business. Leveraging them for individual success and team results can mean the difference between average or extraordinary and surviving or thriving.

Can We Talk? The Series: is our new special series of conversations that provide opportunties to tell our stories around various dimensions of diversity with the purpose of providing opportunities to strengthen teams and build inclusion.

Each workshop topic is uniquely designed and expertly facilitated to create a safe environment that inspires engaging conversations. Every workshop is designed to increase particapants' understanding while expanding their perspectives. Participants examine their own thoughts, behaviors, experiences and reactions - all with the purpose of creating greater teamwork and leveraging all the dimensions of each employee for producing better results.

Gender Olympics

Working together to leverage styles, approaches, and perspectives is critical to achieving business results in our workplace and marketplace. Learn how to abandon the battle of the sexes, focus on a cohesive team-based approach and capture the energy of differences and similarities in order to channel the power of working together for both individual and organizational results. In Sales, Relationships Matter and Results Count!™

Building relationships across various dimensions of diversity including cultures and languages is a sales and leadership competency that brings results! This session is highly interactive, thought provoking, applicable and fun and will provide guidance in how to Sell to and Build Relationship with our Customers and Colleagues from a multicultural perspective.

During this session. participants will:

Personality and Work Style Dynamics
