A series of seven diversity dialogue modules for increasing understanding and expanding perspectives to create positive coworker and customer relationships. Each module addresses one dimension of diversity, such as Race & Ethnicity, Language, Religion and Spirituality and Sexual Orientation. Each of the Exploring Dimensions of Diversity Learning Modules encompass workplace and marketplace perspectives. This tool can be used as a stand-alone product to create the framework for dialog or it can be embedded into existing learning initiatives.

Provides managers with fourteen, bite-sized diversity discussions that can be incorporated into their team meetings - anytime, anywhere. Each carefully scripted module enables the manager to feel more confident in discussing diversity related topics that are tied to enhancing team performance. Each discussion address several decision points that lead the team to changed thinking and changed behavior. The Diversity Discussion Starters extends the reach of the diversity manager - driving change throughout the organization by transforming the culture at the department level.

Provides time-pressed managers with ten-minute, carefully constructed, business-relevant and interactive discussions that can be used during staff or team building meetings. Each of the 12 topics makes for an engaging conversation that builds a foundation for inclusion and cross-cultural effectiveness. Each module in the Diversity Xpressª and the Cross-Cultural Xpressª enables managers to lead their team to identify and make decisions about inclusion and leveraging diversity to create real, bottom line changes.
